BLK South Inc. is working to become a tax-exempt nonprofit under IRS section 501(c)(3). Our tax ID is 93-4520558, and we're partnering with Chisholm Law Firm to get this done. While in progress, merchandise purchases go through Shopify, and funds will be held until we achieve tax-exempt status. Adequate records will be maintained and made available to the IRS upon request.
